My needle felting workshops are held at Unique Designs By Kathy (Kathy Withers’ Ranch Shop) ) in northwest Tucson, AZ. See below for address and directions.

2008 Class dates/times:

• Embellished Christmas Tree (very easy) - November 22.  This will be a simple conical tree with your choice of festive embellishments.  Photo coming soon!

2009 Class dates/times:

• Albert the Owl (easy) - January 24.  Our old friend Albert is back for a second run.
• Hugo the Hummingbird (medium) - February 21.  Photo coming soon!
• Charlotte the Sheep (medium) - March 21. We will be including some wire and coiled yarn in this project.
• Apple-A-Day (very easy) - April 18.  This one may not keep the doctor away but it’s pretty darn cute.

All classes start at 10:00 AM and end at approximately 12:00 PM. (Feel free to bring a drink and a snack.) Class size is limited to 8. If you you don’t see a time that works for you or you would like to request a custom project, I would be happy to schedule a special class for groups of 3 or more.

Cost: $25 - includes all necessary tools and supplies. ($5 Discount if you bring your own tools.)

Directions: Heading north on Thornydale: cross Linda Vista (Safeway and Mountain View High School intersection) and take a left (west) onto Palo Seco, which is immediately after the apartment complex and before the subdivision. Stay on Palo Seco until you see the Unique Designs sign on your right (north).
